Silver Cap is produced using the fermentation-in-vat method to ensure consistent quality. After fermentation, the wine is aged on the lees for added complexity and body, and finer, longer-lasting bubbles. Finally, the wines undergo cold stabilization, filtering and bottling, and are finished with natural sparkling wine corks.
